My FFXIII Fanmade Trailer

[Final Twilight]

Well here is my hand with Final Cut Pro. This took me roughly 20 hours to do on top of trying to learn the program. I pretty much got the basics down and I think my other trailer was done a little bit better. I had more inspiration for it where as to this one was more experimentation.

Anyway I would like to know what you guys think of it. I would also like to know what you would have changed, whether that be music, shots, layout, transitions between shots. It would really help me. I know there are some hiccups in this that it pauses at random times but it happens like once or twice. Enjoy!

That was amazing!
But I only had sound at one side... That was strange.
The only things you could do better:
- Use also content from older trailers (Cloud dvd, E308,...)
- Use the content from the demo version rather than the subtitled ones.

The song is sound so serious. You pick great scenes to fit with the it, though. Great job! Keep up the good work.

I'm flattered that you guys like I really am. Though I didn't think it would turn out as great as it did its good to hear some feedback. I didn't get any feedback from the Versus XIII trailer until I got some from my friends here in reality :)

Anyway, I have gotten comments thinking that Square-Enix did actually make the trailer until I told them that I made it. Some were in shock and some were just like, "Oh cool" and move on, lol. Mercy for some reason FCP wouldn't import the footage but I got what I wanted anyway. I would have totally used some of the old footage but like I said I couldn't get it imported so I had to change the way I look at it. Some of the scenes would have been better without subtitles I agree

I share some opinions here.
The trailer is really good!It has a nice timing and the end was just...WOOOWWW .All the scenes were also really well chosen.
I just didn't like the subtitles but that's not a problem since it's hard to get scenes with it =S
So in general I will give you a 5 and fav *...It really seems a Square Enix trailer =D

Hey guys, I know this could be considered a double post, but I wanted to share with you guys the new remake of the Versus Trailer that I just put up today. I had A LOT of issues when it came to exporting and trying to deal with the pixelation of some of the videos when it gets imported to Premiere Pro.

Forget it, looks like I am still having issues exporting the damn thing. If anyone has any advice, I would like to hear it cause I have tried 8 times and this learning process is becoming a hassle.
