I wouldn't quite say it's the holy grail by any means, but definitely a step in the right direction. The holy grail would be something that prevented the mutations that causes cells to become cancerous or something that could target them specifically without the need to bombard your entire body with radiation in the first place. I wish them the best of luck though, cancer is not good and it effects 1 in 3 of us in some way or another.
