No interesting games this summer?!

I just visited IGN's site and scrolled through new games of summer 2009. And WTF! All PS3, XBOX360 and PC games suck. None is worth buying. I'm sick of those war games! And music is meant to be listened not played in a game! The only slightly interesting game is Monkey Island but i doubt i'll buy it. The most annoying thing is there isn't a single RPG coming this summer!:nag:

First of all, not only are most RPG's going to the 360, but they take forever to make this gen like everything else due to everyone's wish for awesome graphics.

Second, they never release any AAA games during summer. Some come out right before (inFamous and Prototype) but never during. I never understood this myself, there is never anything else coming out and if your games good it should sell like crazy. :wtf:

All of the good games will come out this fall.

Was supposed to be June but it's been delayed till "Summer". I miss the BF2 days and my PC can barely run firefox at the moment so I'm probably gonna get it for PS3. Besides, the console version comes out first. Talk about a fuck you to the PC base that built the series.

Really? That's lame. Although, I suppose they see the future of their franchise on consoles. I still would have released it for PC first.

Let's see, this summer I plan on getting:

Icarian: Kindered Spirits (Wiiware)
Metroid Prime Trilogy (Wii)
Trine (PSN)
WipeoutHD Fury (PSN, not sure if it counts since it's a DLC pack)
Artstyle: Boxlife (DSiware)

Not much I guess, mostly downloadable stuff. There's a lot of stuff I haven't picked up yet that I want to get. Can't really complain because even if I don't buy much this summer I can put some money aside for the onslaught of games later this year and next year. 2010 looks like it's going to be huge.

One of the big things is Fight Night Round 4, but that's if you're into boxing.

But like Nocte said all the good stuff is coming out in the Fall.

Yeah games like Uncharted 2 , Assassin Creed 2 , Tekken 6 and FFXIII (Japan) all these games is coming out this Fall!

Why worry about games that aren't out when you can play games like Fallout 3 and Oblivion and all that other shit... There are enough great games out to last the rest of your life
