Went on a long bike ride today, and now my legs have ceased up to the point where I cannot walk. I tried to climb out of bed and spent about 10 minutes caressing the floor. I suppose I should have realised going from computer slob to athlete in one day was a BAD idea. But, now it's over and I can feel only what I can describe as a relentless leg cramp with a helping of absolute agony.

So, ask someone who could once walk, what it's like to become paralysed.
