And nonsense for anybody who's posted thinking they're old, I know somebody who enjoys the FF games a great deal who is turning 40 soon ^_^

I sorta expected the average age to be slightly lower then it's been so far, but interesting anyways.

Seriously though, I've been playing Final Fantasy games since the age of 9, and even though I grow older, I don't yet see a reason to stop doing so. I introduced one of my uncle to the series, and he's now 43 and eagerly anticipating FF XIII. The only thing that is different as you grow older is the time you have on your hand to put into your hobbies. To us (talking for me and my uncle here), playing games is the same as watching a movie.

Some of my friends have stopped playing games citing reasons such as "i'm too old for them now", I was like "somebody shoot me if I ever get like that". I want to be enjoying these kinda games until I'm known as "that crazy old person who likes video games." ... well maybe minus the crazy part :P

Dude, my dad's freak'n 42 and he's been into FF since he was my age. He doesn't play it now but he likes to watch me and listen to me talk about the story of each game and how he used to be like, etc.
