Just saw an orange streak go across the sky and lit the place up, was awesome. Was over within a couple of seconds, first time I've seen one, was so cool ;; And I thought lightning was bright :aldo:

If its was over in a couple of seconds then it was a falling star:)

They usually are just streaks, this lit up my room lol. Just found apparently it could have been "fireball meteor" or something. Apparently it's roughly the same thing just a lot bigger and shit loads brighter.

Was pretty much this but at night.

Awesome! The best I have seen is some "satellite" (natural or no) as a lil dot making it's way inconspicuously across the sky D: Only managed to see it cozza binoculars =_=

Sure it wasn't a comet? I saw a comet a year or so ago and it was an extremely bright light that moved across the sky and was over in a few seconds.

Best thing I've seen though was a meteor shower. Dozens of streaks of white light flashing across the night sky.

She sang Somewhere over the rainbow :aldo: A really memorable scene in face/off is when the kid is listening to it while all the gunfire is going off. It always makes me laugh because it's like "MAKE A WISH UPON A STAR ^_^" while all this carnage is going on around him and people are being shot from all directions.

Not sure, mebbes.

Ah cool! If you want to see the International Space Station at night, there's a website somewhere around which gives you a updates on it's position. I'll post it if I find it D:

It's might very well have been a comet, although there's not much difference apart from what it's made of :P. If it was a comet it must have been really low altitude because I think they only go orange when they get to far in.

Do want to see ;;

Wow, very lucky. Sure is a pretty sight isn't it?

I remember once when I was young I was taken on holiday to Disney Land. Anyway, at night there was to be the comet shooting across the sky. Something like Hailey's Comet (my spelling is probably way off). I was young but do remember it to be amazing.

Awwww. I've never seen anything as cool as that. The only thing I've seen in the night sky was a small hovering flame. Don't know what it was but it was strange.

Anyone know what that could've been?
