and let me give you food for thought they tell you that the boy is 120lbs. he obviously doesn't have a weapon and when is it regulation for officers to do something like that to a child

A prime example of why cops are pigs, and an even better example of why police are unnnessesary, if none of us were greedy and decided to commit crime, we could watch each others back and abolish police.
