Maybe they might have learned from their mistakes. Mistakes such as:

1) Don't make Michelle from 24 act, quote or even try and be anything like Ripley. (AVP 2).

2) Don't make a random climber/guide run faster than an Alien queen.

3) Stop fucking killing your best actors at the start of the film (Colin Salmon).

4) Stop adding in talentless Barbie esque tarts and killing off good looking realistic people such as the waitress in AVP 2.

5) GET CAMERON OF SCOTT TO DIRECT. Having the camera so close you can't see a full body and making the scene darker than empty space does not make for a good fight scene <3

6) Don't make the aliens attack in bunches of 1-5. One of their man strength's is numbers. ITS WHY THEY'RE NEST IS CALLED A FUCKNG HIVE.

7) Stop making the humans so useless. You don't need to be a predator to aim a G36 in the right direction.

8) For the love of God stop adding things in from Alien movies such as Weyland. It's offensive to the real film <3.

9) And keep the music guy from AVP 2. Mixing the Pred and Alien scores was one of the only good ideas >_>

10) + more predalien. Actually makes it look like you've played the games.

An idea so simple, yet they fail to see it.

Well you did say they reached the pinnacle of stupidity so I doubt they would actually comprehend such a simple concept.

That's why they're impossibly dumb.

Yay for the Watchmen Rorchach reference....NOT YAY for the stupid fucking sequel. Okay sure they were amusing for what they were, but to judge them as good films they fail in every way :cookie:
Here comes our next disappointment, thanks Fox <3

I hope they put it in the future and have Marines

it would likely be better, or not, having 2 differant 'scary' enemies in the movies is too much, the original Alien+Aliens and original Predator were better because the focus was on them and you had a peticular feeling during both films, and having the 2 in one film was just messed up. AvP is much more suited to video games and probably the original comics (never read them).

Yeah I pretty much agree. I think the AVP movies had plenty of potential but instead of being made for die hard Alien/Pred fans, it was made for 15 year old kids who think they know anything about the originals.

I think if the movie was written by a life long fan of both the films and games, it could have been great, but as they are, I wish they had never been made.
