Sorry if this is mentioned before, but around new year, Masashi Hamauzu confirmed the sound team for Final Fantasy XIII on his blog: http://www.square-enix.co.jp/music/sem/page/cm/hamauzu/ (scroll down for the picture)

The people from the left to the right are Kazuki Hamamoto, Keiji Kawamori, Masashi Hamauzu, Mitsuto Suzuki and Masashi Kitagawa.

Hamauzu is the composer, Suzuki & Kawamori are likely the synthesizer operators, I don't know about Kitagawa & Hamamoto.

You sure know a lot about J-composers. Try wikipedia or search if those people have a profile at Square Enix Music.
Or maybe these:
Kazuki Hamamoto - http://us.imdb.de/name/nm2687908/
Masashi Kitagawa - http://us.imdb.de/name/nm1979302/

Well, I only know about Hamauzu, Kawamori (FFVII AC Arranger) and Suzuki actually.

*looks in the booklet of the Sigma Harmonics OST*

Project Coordinator: Masashi Kitagawa
Project Assistants: Kazuki Hamamoto & Seako Kanazawa
...
Bass: Keiji Kawamori
...
Arrangement, Mix & Produced by Mitsutu Suzuki

I assume that Kawamori will still be a synthesizer operator, since he has done this since FFVIII.

And there's Hijiri Kuwano credited as violinist. I think he is also the performer for the FFXIII Battle Theme, since the sound is quite the same as Sigma Harmonics' tracks.

I think your right on Hijiri Kuwano being the violinist.

It was said, he would do the Main Theme!

If they say he is doing the main theme, THEN HE'S DOING THE MAIN THEME. Why even ask? :wtf:

Good grief almighty Christ.

Here's a fantastic rip by Lian Kazairl from the FFshrine forums (of the whole demo).

That's nice to know. I like his piano works. I heard somewhere (forget where) that they're really epic on the fingering. He's just not quite as popular as Nobuo Uematsu.

*Is STILL looking for the sheet music for SaGa Frontier II*

A lot of the "Purge" track is new and sounds good^_^ (at some parts it was very similar to the FFX soundtrack). Thanks they're the best quality I've found so far.

This is probably going to be the first and only FF soundtrack I plan on buying. I really dig the composition of the music.
