Is there going to be any mini games in FXIII, I mean has it been confirmed, I really don't want another XII (the only mini game was fishing and it sucked) I hope there's a varity of mini games I mean they have so much to work with after making X-2 (that one was built on mini games lol) I'd really like something similar to sphere break or blitz ball, and something with a chocobo haven't had a good one of that since IX, what do you guys think we should have for mini games, oh and also a multilayer online mini game would be great

i cant recall fishing on ffxii!? i liked the card games on viii and ix, and the arcades in vii of course.

i really love triple triad from ff8...i've got it on my pc and still play it sometimes, it's called "triple triad gold" just google it ;)

i always enjoy those minigames, like snowboarding in ff7..i hope they'll integrate some in ff13...

I miss a mini game like tetra master or the tresaures of chocobo on final fantasy. I really hope Final Fantasy XIII have some.

Couldn't care less. Never did get into the mini-games, never took the time to learn the rules for card-playing in 8 and 9. Didn't understand Blitzball or Sphere Break. And most definitely did not do that stupid fishing in 12.

If you ask me, the most fun mini-games ever were in FF7. Even I played 'em. Those must have been the only FF minigames I ever even tried. Having them forced on you to proceed with the story, like the Cloud bike chase, really helped make you like them. And the ability to replay them in the Gold Saucer was also a bonus.

And then in 9 there were stupid one-time minigames like jumproping and shit.

What they should do is bring back minigames that are actually fun, like from 7.

You can't call a mini game bad just cuz you didn't bother to play it, and you even admitted the only reason you played the ones in 7 is cuz they forced you to at the start, so give them a chance b4 bashing them, FF7 had good mini games but they weren't even close to the best

lol that sounded dirty lol anyways they always have mini games and usually new ones so let's stop with the old ones and start thinking what KINDS of mini games we want personally I'd like

blackjack or some other casino card game, just for the hell of it and a way to make money, although there would have to be an autosave after every hand or ppl would just load make money and save or reload if they lost, it would be very easy to put in

racing one, but no generic tracks, have crap everywhere you have to dodge and put some weapons on it too

Airship flying mini game, they are so fucking due for this it isn't even funny especially after taking out the world map

and of course some kind of Chocobo raising/exploring thing,

Probably there will be. Final Fantasy XIII is more futuristic and sci-fi so we can think of anything that would sort of relate to that genre. Perhaps some Chocobo Treausre Hunting like Final Fantasy IX except with some hi-tech item?

Maybe some type of motorcycle race with upgrades to the vehicle including Arsenal and such.

I don't think there going to repeat anything, so think Chocobo's but not racing or on the world map... I got it choco ball lol okay fine it was bad but you come up with something, ps I think the chocobo in the guys hair will act kinda like Rinoa's dog with special abilities and what not

FF9 had some gay jumproping shit, and a card game inferior to FF8. Never did get around to playing cards in FF8. Did not play Blitzball in X or X-2, and did not play Sphere Break. I'd prefer a better main game.

That's exactly what they are though. They're not meant to add to the story or the general gameplay of the game itself, they're just there purely to distract from the main game for a while, hence the name 'mini games'

I hope they have some cool minigames. Why not Eidolon racing, you pick a character
and race with their Eidolon, then you customize it like Need for speed or some shit.

Or...... a cooking mini game. I would love that. Or a gunner gauntlet type game.
