eerm its the International version so i think that includes extra's and i also assume it's in HD like all PSN titles.
JPN PSN has MGS, Resident evil and other great RPG's.....and EU and NA stores haven't recieved a single one of them.....chances are slim we will be getting this anytime soon.

Wow, that's surprising! I wonder if they brushed the graphiqs up a lottle like the PC version. This is going to sell as crazy so I think it will take some time before SE is bankrupt...

1500 yen is $15 or £10, thats pretty good since it usually goes on ebay like 3 times that much.
As for HD i'm not sure how it works for older titles but usually they always say 'remastered in HD' not sure if this one will be but alot of the other PSN titles are.

Source? There was a website saying the same thing on 1 april. It was comfirmed that it was fake.

Just went on the JPN PSN and it's there.
Got the info from another forum and all they had were those two images with no actual details.
But 100% not a fake since it's on the TV in front of me.
Edit: File size is 1715MB and disc changing can be done by pressing the PS button and choosing another disc.

I KNOW how much 1500 yen is, you fool. And I KNOW that it sells for more than that everywhere - I paid $70 for my copy.
It's still a rip-off.

It's not an april fool, it was announced today during the Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete Premiere.
It's a good news, I hope it will be avalaible in Europe soon ! With a better translation (the french translation of the original game is shameful...)

Are you surprised? :wtf: This is coming from the same company that are making us pay for a demo.

To everyone saying its a rip off, how do you figure that? 3 separate discs, 3 separate files, each file 5.00 a peice 5+5+5=15. Final Fantasy 7 is not your average game in that it uses 3 FULL CDs for a total of 1.8 gigs when the rest are .6-.7 gigs.

It does sound like a rip off to me....when are they going to really release it?

Square held an event for FF7ACC and the FFXIII Demo then announced this.

The PS1 titles I've played of the Playstation store are all in 480p. It will probably look sharper like people said but it won't be in 720p. Most current generation games aren't even 720p.

The amount of discs a game uses doesn't denote it's value. It's a VERY old game which requires almost no production costs to port to the Playstation store. It's a rip off, enough said.

FF VII is on the psn store in japan, does anyone know if its coming to the us psn store?
Sabin
Apr 30 2009, 04:52 PM
Most probably not. This version is Final Fantasy VII: International. Iy is the same exact game as the American version, only with Japanese text.
The original JP version had awful materia handling and it did not include the "Weapons" that you could fight. And I think there were some missing scens. So they added these to the FF VII:Int and let the Japanse gamers play the better version. (That we have already played.)

I'm not sure that it matters that it's the International. It only makes sense that they would put the superior version on the Japanese store and not the original. As far as I know it was put up to go along with the release of Advent Children Complete, so we might see it in the west along with the movie here.
If that's the case PAL has a good shot at it. North America probably depends on SCEAs mood since they seem to hate PS1 Classics and the money they could get by selling them.

But the FFVII: International is the same game as we got in PAL regions and North America. The japanse version was inferior to these versions. FFVII: International is simply what we got, but the japanse did not get.
If you live in PAL/NA region you already have this.

Well, FF7 International does have a fourth disc, the "Complete Guide" or "Perfect Guide" or something like that.

so go to a store that sells old games and buy it, or just dl the computer version off limewire (I go by the 5 year rule, if a game is over 5 years old it's fair game on the net besides I lost my old disk I bought it once)
