View Full Version : In your opinio: You think, FFXIII will have Victory Fanfary music?

Well you think if in FFXIII, when your party wins a battle, they will victory as in FFX?
In FFXII the music sounds only in battles with some boss.

Anyway FF has always had fanfare music, why should XIII be any different?

Is the battle music in the demo the same as that in the final release?
Toriyama: The music in the demo is planned to be used in the same scenes of the final product. On that note, the demo will not contain the standard post-battle fanfare, but in the final product, there will be a fanfare arrangement specifically arranged for FFXIII so please look forward to it. In terms of a victory pose...that's still under discussion (lol).

So....there will be certainly a fanfare music. But we dont know if it will be the same melody than previous ffs. In my opinion, i believe it ll be the same.

I'm looking forward to hear the battle theme music. Hopefully it's something new and not that stupid techno track from the latest trailer.

Yeah, i think its more likely to have a diiferent arrangement (like 7,8,10) than a completely different one (10-2). Also, if there's a results screen aftr evry battle, then there'll probabbly be a fanfare too.

Something i hated with XII was the lack of a battle theme... but i'm a litle confused with this, in the new PSW issue it says that there will be no transition, and in the interview they say that there will be a transition but one so fast you dont really notice it, wtf? if there's transitions then i'd think that they would have victory fanfare and all the classic stuff

There ll be a transition, similar to Chrono Trigger.
