Noctis or Cloud: Who is the bigger fag and why?

Since everyone seems to be having this disgusting obsession with comparing big gay Noctis with gay ass Cloud, and with boring results mind you. I'm going to start one myself. One that's more interesting and likely to offend people.

In my personal opinion, I believe that Noctis is the bigger faggot. Let me list the reasons why:

-He wears capris aka lady pants
-He has hair like Sasuke, a gay ninja from Naruto.
-Noctis has more than one sword and several lances. These represent penises. Noctis is all about having dozens of cocks all over his face and body, eager to please them all.
-He wears fabulous suits and really gay ballroom shoes. Noctis really needs to hire a fashion designer with taste.
-He is surrounded by an entourage of beautiful (shotgun), suave (glasses), and manly(scar) "friends." Noctis does not discriminate as long as they are good looking and willing to give it to him hard and good.
-If that man turns out to be his uncle, it's obvious that Noctis got raped by him repeatedly and liked it. Uncles always sexually abuse their nieces or nephews.


You may say, "But Aurelia!! Cloud has 6 swords in AC! And he hangs around many men lioolololollol and look what he wore in AC AND FFVII LIKE EW. AND HIS HAIR. THE HAIR."

-Cloud's hair is NOT fabulous. It looked like he put too much hair gel and fucking slept on it for three days and then rolled out of bed.
-While it is true that Cloud has men surrounding him, those are his bros. Also he would not sleep with them. He's a complete queer for Sephiroth and Sephiroth only, while the Prince is a gay whore.
-Noctis has an entourage, Cloud has a group. Big difference.
-Cloud's 6 swords are an indication that he wants more penis, BUT!! Noctis has 12 FLYING PHALLIC OBJECTS. LAST I CHECKED 12> 6. I REST MY CASE.
-Cloud lacks an uncle. In fact the village hated him, so he didn't have any gay experience until he entered the army.
-Speaking of army, that was a fricking SOLDIER uniform he was wearing, therefore not gay nor stupid looking, minus the big ass sword. In AC, Cloud was depressed, so he has an excuse for looking stupid. Well... the half-cape was stupid everything else wasn't so bad. I think. Whatever it still beats Noctis' gay ass ballroom shoes.

First of all, that was really stupid of you to say. Being beaten as a child or the lack of has absolutely nothing to do with people's hatred over a person, place, thing, idea, or fictional character. Hatred is a universal, human, and subjective emotion. You nor I can't tell anyone what they can or cannot hate.

Secondly, I have plenty of reasons to despise Stella and I have stated it many many times. Go find it because I am feeling lazy and don't feel like dignifying your question with an answer. I have played enough JRPGs to know exactly how Stella is going to turn out. And for the billionth time already, I will concede my hatred when proven wrong.

Fair enough. I thought your problem was with any kind of "rabid defender," not just the clearly-hypocritical ones. I'd also kind of conflated two types of "only a fictional character" argument - the argument from relevance, where it's implied that the character isn't important because he's fictional, and there's therefore nothing to be upset about, and the argument from agency, where the question is something more like, "what could a fictional character ever do that would upset you so much?"

(The argument from agency isn't hypocritical, by the way, because defending a character doesn't imply that he himself could have a large enough effect to earn hatred)

But you've already stated it yourself: these people usually have insecurities. Self esteem and confidence really does make a difference on how you will take on the world. I'm not going to say it's hard, because it is. In the end it's all just about how you feel about yourself. No one can decide what should get your mad or depressed or happy but yourself.

From what I gather, as a child, he/she/it was in a terrible fire. When they reconstructed him/her/it, they were sure what his/her/its gender was, so they just decided on male and female.
