Please remove RPG Up from your affilitates: it is a plagiarist site

I humbly ask the webmaster of this site to remove RPG Up and all "...-Up" sites from their list of affiliates. I ask this because these sites are heavy plagiaristic in nature, they take all the contents they can from the web and put it on their sites. They sometimes go as far as grossly removing the author names from the files they steal, while most often Disclaimers are still clearly written and clearly say the FAQ can't be used in the way the site use them.

Even worse, some of their files are pure illegal contents (mp3s, ROMs, the entire RPG Makers collection, etc.).

These websites, all owned by "PalSys System", do not deserve your support. Please avoid them and spread the news everywhere you can so that people can know the truth. Here's a list of some of their plagiarized contents (this list is by no mean complete!):

A lot of other articles are also plagiarized in the other "...-Up" websites (for instance there's a huge one in their BeforeCrisis website, in which the author put a lot of efforts to make something analytic, and then he's plagiarized and his name mentioned nowhere).

I think its called revenge. And who can blame him for that. I would have done the same since they have plagiarized so much work.

I know some of the original authors of these FAQs, and I just hate plagiarism... Moreover, this RPG Up has mp3 soundtracks, ROMs, and the entire RPG Maker software collection available for free download... I wouldn't want anyone (except the site owner) to be in trouble if Square Enix, Enterbrain or other companies would find out these illegal contents.

I've looked into the situation and it does seem that much of the content you pointed out is plagerised from other authors. I will remove the link from my affiliates however in future email the administrator of the affiliate instead of posting on their forums. Theres no reason for the whole community to know about it.
