Mmm... I'd like to see just one per character but something that can be customized as the character grows.

Limits that you can collect it's a nice idea ... But they should be hard to get/find ... Side quest and etc to do so ...

^ Id rather have Limits connected to the actual game, not just random powerful attacks.

Well to make an example, like in FF X, where Limits are particular for (almost) every character.
Lulu had the magic thin because she was a black mage. Rikku the cocktail mix because she could manipulate weapons. Wakka had those blitzbal slots.
Unlike this in XII the enrire party had just random 'kamehamea', nothing related to each one's personal ablity/attitude.
I hope I clarified enough ^_^

A few customizable "whatever-they-get-called-in-XIII" would be nice. I don't think there should be many though, regardless of whether or not they are customizable. Cap it at four per character or so.

As long as they look awesome, I'm good.
Maybe if they added two or three for each character so that there are different styles (like ones mostly using magic, the other is more physical with the gunblade) and you could level them up some how and add more to it.

Hey, as long as it's just as flashy as FFXII's limit breaks. Then I'm down wid it yo ^^. The whole 12 limit breaks (3 per each character).

And that Overdrive system in FFX was interesting. Which depending on what action you fulfilled in battle, that your bar would increase 10 fold.
Say for instance in X. That you highlighted the Attack feature, everytime you'd attack an enemy. The bar would fill twice as much.
It'd be interesting to see FFXIII incorporate this system as well. Or something like it.

2 in battle per character, but you can costumize em, then you can have one thats like pwn attacks and another that gievs like haste to all character/or more damage/defence, you name it. :p
