I'm trying to make a sig with a "transparent" back and I'd like to know the color of the background where the sigs stands ... Thanks a lot ...

take a screen shot of your screen and use the eyedropper in photoshop
thats just an idea

thats what i did and this is what i got for it

R 37
G 41
B 44

or

C 73%
Y 64%
M 59%
K 54%

.

..
.

or you could probably just erase part of the layer or whatever if you use photoshop

Or just make a transparent PNG. We have a mod installed on the forums that make them work in IE6.

Thanks guys but I've done both things ... Since I'm using Google Chrome, the PNG doesn't work and the print screen didn't give me the exact color, in the sig preview the colors were different ... I'm going to try again ...

Photoshop sometimes falses color while saving images. Though using different browser you may see different colors ):

thats a browser right?
mozilla firefox is the best i think but i still use safari haha
internet explorer and netscape suck though
havent used chrome though

For this particular case IE is better than FF thoug.
FF display the colors in a different way.
