In San Diego we call them Sandals, but in Minnesota they're called Flip flops. The west coast and the Central part of America usually don't agree on a lot of things. I always argue with my friends that game Duck duck goose has the word goose in the end but they say Grey duck. They also call Soda pop, lollipops are called suckers, and I can make a whole list of things they say differently here
