I figure it is new, at least to the general public. It seems unlikely that they would release something that Japan has seen 10 times over already after a week long count down.

I'd guess the Jump Festa, or maybe the DKS3713 if that's not available for the general public (was released on a DVD wasn't it?). The latter didn't have any voice acting, so it wouldn't be a big deal to release it worldwide after translating the text that pops up.

Hmmm ... Many of the FFXII character make me have a feeling which the character design is toward "western people". Am I right ?. I state this because, I interpret it have alot of western feeling.

I only get that feeling with Sazh. I'm pretty sure some magazine article said he was designed for a western audience, although I could be imagining things.

Here's the character render of Sazh, if anyone cares. I didn't resize it, but I compressed it (there's no visible difference in quality, even zoomed in). It's about 1 MB, so yeah.

I love you two!! you made my day. So finally, it's a trailer afterall whether it's TGS 2008 one or JF 2009 one or a totally different one, the most important thing that it's pretty much confirmed that it will be a new trailer for the public at least!!!

Yeah, I agree with you!!! They sound real and they are very detailed!!! I think they are way more realistic than other FFs even.

Could someone dig into the flash code and see the name for the trailer. I think indeed that it's going to be a fully new one because the JF09 featured a lot of voices and new characters. But since FFACC is promoted so much on the site, I'm sure it will be one with new gameplay.

Maybe the EU site shows the English HD E3 2008 trailer, NA shows the DKS3713/TGS English trailer, and JP shows the Jump Festa one! We shall see. I can't hardly wait. Still 2 days ...

Have some Snow: The hot-blooded one who pushes forward, with his tough muscles as his weapons. He acts with a boastful, straight-forward manner, but because of his cheerful, optimistic personality, he is liked by many.

And some Vanille: The sweet girl who acts earnestly and cheerfully. She houses a strong determination within her, but the reason for it isn't known now.

And Sazh (this one's messed up bu it's 4am and I can't think ._.;): The guy who loves ___ chocobos, and uses pistols. He engages in frivolous chatter, but he has discernment befitting a man of his years. His actions follow suit with the course of events, but he also has a reason to fight against destiny.

Edit: Since I'mstudying for econ, I'm not taking the time to make it sound pretty XD;

Agreed....I really appreciate her works and her great efforts for this site and I always trust her way of thinking...She is very realistic and very logical person (her opinions :wub:).

on the Topic: Hey guys!!! I have strong feeling that the up-coming trailer of the three sites will focus on gameplay clips only!!

I don't think we might get a chance to see the new characters from JF 2009 Only Sazh which has a higher chance as playable character alongside with Lightning inside the battle field!!

I nearly forgot about that interview. It could allow more room for the possibility of the JF09 trailer to be added to the site.

On the other hand, the TGS08 trailer is somewhat new in the sense we never saw it, so I guess it won't be all that bad to see that added to the site.

its impossible to get a fresh never before seen even to the CMT people trailer yet no jump festa 09 trailer has turned up yet. also the TGS 08 trailere is the same as DKS3173 trailer so no point in releasing that one.

Of course they don't have to be, but this would be a first for Square in a very long time. I'm getting my hopes up.

Can anybody else not see the updated site? I've gone into it on four different computers, deleted every cookie and what not and the same old website still comes up. No Sazh, no countdown, no message thing. >.<

And I'm pretty sure the TGS 2008 trailer was pretty much identical to the DKS31-thingy trailer.

okay, I just want to know what the hell is up with this:

I had just checked the JP official ffxiii site for updates when I thought "What the hey, might as well check the other two to see if there's been any updates". to my great surprise i find that the US site is 9 hours ahead of the EU AND JP site.... wtf!

I don't really know what to make of this, since my first thought was that if the US site would open earlier, then that would mean that americans would get the trailer (as we suspect is going to be shown as the site opens) at about 01.00 am (depending on where you live I guess) which doesn't make that much sense.

allthough, if the japanese site sticks to their countdown, they will show the trailer at 01.00 am too (not really sure if I'm counting the right way:P)

"seems like a pattern", I thought until I remembered that EU site still opens at 04.00 pm as announced from the beginning........WTF!!!>_<

...sooo, can someone please explain what the hell is going on? Is it something that I've done wrong or is it just a change of plans from SE's side?:blink: (Yes, I know 9 hours is nothing compared to the wait we'll have to endure 'til the game actually comes out. just thought it was worth mentioning)
