We all have some traditions for christmas, and they may vary from country to country and between people. So if you have any special traditions, share them here!

As the first entry, here is the British sketch "Dinner for One". It runs every 23rd up here in Norway, attracting several hundred thousands to the telly's. It is usually aired on new years eve elsewhere in Europe, but in Norway it has stuck to the 23rd.

Uh, my grandpa keeps all of his change from the year in a pot, and you get to grab as much as you can in one go on Christmas (that was the coolest thing ever when you were young).

My grandparents hide a "pickle" ornament in their tree, and you have to find it to win something (most of the time more money). My parents do this one now too.

And last but not least my mother always wraps the presents and put numbers on the labels, and in your stocking, you will have a rhyme saying what number is yours so you can find your gifts.

That happens in my house too. My mother ask to me and my sister to cook one cake but we cooked 2 so now we dont have space on oven :P. Now everyone is stressed, specially my mum. ;)

In my country Portugal we have the tradition to eat cod at christmas. Many families go to the church to at 3 am but mine dont go (thanks god).

We have Christmas dinner. Wait for the clock to strike midnight, greet everyone a merry christmas and then go to bed.

Nope. We don't.

Some other traditions up here in Norway includes watching "Sølvguttene", a boys choir my brother used to sing in on TV, and whie my brother was singing, he had a lot of traveling back and forth, including a trip up in the northern parts of the country by ship, often in a storm.

In this house we put together the christmas tree the 23rd, though this year because of major house renovations it didn't happen before today. But don't worry, it's a high-quality fake, not some four-foot shitty little doodad made entirely out of plastic. more like seven feet. Actually, it's so big we have to drop the lowest branches, both because of the space for the gifts, but also floor space. Though, with the at least 12 feet at the highest in our living room, we coule have one that is like 50% taller...

My mom wants to start the tradition of watching "The Polar Express" every Christmas. My sister and I refuse to watch it. Poor mother.
