The PS3 Exclusive Cross Edge which is currently only available in Japan has been announced for the United States.

PS3FBNews: "Speaking to RPGamer, an NIS America representative confirmed the rumors that the ensemble RPG Cross Edge will be headed for the US."

The game will be released in March of 2009. This is great news for us PS3 owners who love our JRPGS. This game is definitely not a graphical powerhouse but at least we get another JRPG!

And thats a problem because? ......... its not "t3h nex-gen"? Last I checked, as long as its entertaining it doesn't matter.

Whoa, who burnt your bible? Some people, me included, aren't a fan of that style.

I agree with Allen Walker, Graphics do not make a game. I will be keeping an eye on this because it looks interesting. Just because it's graphics are 2 gen's ago it could still be good ^.^

I'm happy that I may be able to add another JRPG to my very short PS3 collection.

I wonder why they'd bother putting this on the PS3 though? It'd probably do better on the PSP or something.

I just think of it this way, its another game and another JRPG on the PS3 list.
Hopefully it will be good.

NIS is making this?
Sweet. I love the Disgaea series and NIS America makes some good RPG's in my own opinion. The more RPG's for ps3 the better

Sprites can be awesome.
Just look at Odin Sphere, Blazblue and KoF XII for example.
Neway the game looks fun, too bad no EU release announced yet

They'll probably decide on an EU release depending on US sales, unless they've actually bothered to do some market research :wtf:

NIS is making this? No. It's just Capcom, Nippon Ichi, Namco Bandai, Gust, and Idea Factory slapped together.

http://www.compileheart.com/

It is 100% developed from the team behind Record of Agarest War, there is a demo on the Japanese PlayStation Network if anyone wants to learn more about the game play.

No fair the US version will have trophies while the Japanese version doesn't when I already completed it months ago. ): </3
