Constant bummage of the PS3 from Kojima leads me, at least, to believe that MGS4 can only be done on PS3 as they kept saying. If this is another full console title like MGS5 or a spin off it will most likely be a downgrade in comparison to MGS4 if it's on Xbox 360.

There isn't really any proof of that though, it's probably just a marketing ploy. Look at FFXIII for example, SE kept saying that could only be done on the PS3 too but now they've announced it's going multiplatform.

I think the only big difference really would be that it would more discs on the 360, but thats hardly anything to worry about.

Nomura stated a few times that FFXIII would "push the ps3 to it's limit", suggesting that it couldn't be done on other consoles. Like in an interview with Dengeki or Famitsu (can't remember which one :P)
