I got an affiliation email from them just a minute ago and I thought the site looked okay for a CMS. Then I noticed the Navbar was exactly the same as ours and almost all the content is a copy and paste of what we have but differently worded -_-

I would be flattered but they didnt even attempt to put some original work into it...they even copied my Known Issues section...

None of us want to spam your site...unlike you we don't go down to those kinds of levels. If you're saying it's hard work setting up a site on your own then duh...the challenge is half the fun of it but instead you have just reworded my own content which guess what! I wrote by myself :ohmy: If you want any sort of respect in the FF community you work with other sites not rip them off.

Yep, I agree with Dante's view entirely, I saw Kitmitsu type up all this stuff by himself and it took ages on his part so why you felt that was reason enough to copy it.

Thanks misschoco17 about the post. Also thanks for registering in our forums. Anyway there is no prob with me, am just 16, and am trying to make my site go forward all alone. I was working from autumn on this site, i had delays, school, gce's, exams, lessons...i am very "busy".

I have a friend that could help me a lot. Also if you noticed, my site is hosted on Dreaming Host(the same server that host finalfantasy-xiii.net). Brian that is having Dreaming Host gave me the web hosting, for free. That was a help for me to start. He is one of my best international friends. Anyway i want you to "review" my site, here, to help me improvise. An other thing: I was thinking to make some international friends, that i would give them "jobs", access to some admin features to help not to do it all myself. Something like forum moderator, "someone" that knows better english for me(i passed last year IGCSE with B), to write better content, etc...

You guys are being a bit hard on the kid aint ya? But you sure got balls to carry on posting here. The site's alright but I got some tips for ya.

1. Dont copy
2. Change the colour scheme of the forums. You could give someone an epileptic fit...
3. Take off that annoying sound on the right hand side navigation
4. Put your site on a topsites
5. Find someone, a friend, a neighbour, a random person off the street, to help you cos you aint ever gonna a havea good site by yourself at your age

Follow these tips and your site will be just as good as eveyrone elses....

You should probably restart your content as well and write it yourself. You could just reword it from wikipedia or something xD or just write down what you understand about the weapons, characters battle system whatever and find out if youre right.

After reading every page in this thread I still can't believe you asked could you use my magazine on your site lol. It even says on one of the pages its exclusively made for finalfantasy-xiii.net lol

Sorry buddy, but this is the only place I will be posting that magazine.

If you're struggling with finding content then maybe you need to branch out a bit. Do some theorising, I have been on this forum less than a month, and already I have posted page fulls of theories on both the battle system, characters etc. And now its all accumulated into the magazine.

So, if i am in college, have a job, and a house to move and I can find the time to create this magazine and have a life, surely you can do the same with your site my friend.

I have had websites before, if you take it day by day you will surely have an incredible site. So just dont rush, and dont steal other peoples content matety. It only makes you seem lazy and thats not the type of webmaster people would like to be associated with.

I've searched Deviantart millions of times and all of that art is on there, and the names of the people are the same as on deviantart... ;)
The best way if i had a website (if i could afford Dreamhost *jealously*) is to let people apply their artwork, not potenionally copy and paste it without consent, and i have a strange feeling this is without the artists consent.
