A little while ago we were teased with a scan saying "CLOUD message coming soon". We didn't hear anything more after that but look what's turned up on Amazon Japan. It seems Dengeki, the publishers of CLOUD volume 1, are releasing another CLOUD book at the same time Famitsu is releasing the Re: Final Fantasy XIII DVD. This new book is coming out on December 12th, and here is the translated contents listed on Amazon Japan.
Final Fantasy XIII
Final Fantasy Versus XIII
Final Fantasy Agito XIII
Dissidia: Final Fantasy
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete
Kingdom Hearts 358 / 2 Days
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
Kingdom Hearts Coded
The 3rd Birthday (The Third Birthday)
DKS3713 Event Report
No DVD is mentioned this time so it seems to just be an art book like we received before but without trailers and hopefully new information. It would be nice if Square-Enix stopped charging fans for the liberty of being interested in their series.

Yeah I agree, it's stupid. People who buy these things are paying more then the actual game itself and lord only knows when it'll be out, if at all.

I dont think its stupid, when someone is really intrested in something, spend money for it its just a marginal detail.

Square-enix peeps are just a bunch of money hungry skanks :aldo:
Funny how people have to pay for pretty much any new information released. Thank god for the internet :3
hopefully we will have a media blowout this December, between the trailers, the book, and jump festa, KEY WORD hopefully. I'm not getting enthusiastic about Jump Festa...considering they are releasing so much less than 2 weeks before.

I'll just wait till it appears in the nearby bookstore. Ain't gonna pay shipping when it's gonna be about $35 here.
I agree I'd never pay to see some screenshots or trailers of a game.
Unless that game is Final Fantasy XIII. That's why I am going to pre-order.

If I wasn't addicted to the sweet sweet milk that is FF, I wouldn't suckle at the udder of Square-Enix with their ridiculous arrogance. Damn them.

Indeed I did. I couldn't translate it into legible English though and thought "Shuyu would be awesome at this" so left it to you to flourish.

You're a terrible liar, but since you're feeding my overwhelmingly large and needy ego, I'll let it go.
There's also the bit down the bottom. Something about a "message from the future", but it goes beyond my abilities.

Final Fantasy XIII news has been slow recently and even though speculation about the famed 'Cloud Message' was initially centered around Final Fantasy VII, it hasn't taken long for fansites to attempt to capitalise on it by regurgitating news and claiming that this book will provide great things. The question is, should we actually care?By the way he's referring to us. I don't remember "promising great things". I said hopefully there will be new information. This guy posted on his site a few weeks ago thinking that the CLOUD Message was a Final Fantasy VII Remake (http://www.finalfantasyunion.com/news/cloud-message-a-complete-false-alarm--61.html). WHY DON'T WE REGURGITATE THAT RUMOUR SOME MORE INSTEAD. Wanker. What a hypocrite. Also his site is ugly :awesome:.

They deliver to other countries as well. Several people here ordered the previous CLOUD Volume from Amazon.jp and they were from the UK and US.

Perhaps read the article before shooting your load; that older article is dismissing it being a remake.

Anyone that even thought it was a remake is either an idiot or making a cheap attempt to get hits. Nothing ever suggested that Cloud message was a remake at all. It had the same name and image as the last cloud book, it was obvious as fuck what it was going to be.
I don't like that site anyway, their articles suck. Who bullet points 3 possiblities then goes "Oh, none of these".

I understand that, however there was no need at all to even mention a remake. Even thinking beforehand that it may have been related to a remake was stupid. Also I don't like being accused of capitalising when he has the same amount of ads as me. Maybe I should make some more money by posting an article stating something obvious like the 360 version will be on multiple discs. Shit...he beat me to it a week ago.

Yeah, pretty hypocritical to say we're recycling news when he made an article stating the complete obvious.
Maybe we should make an article saying that Final Fantasy XIII will have dualshock 3 rumble support :wtf:

It's nice that you've taken it so personally, but the article actually said "fansites" not, fansite. It also didn't name any names, so unless you have a guilty conscience why are you so upset?

I personally couldn't care less what he thinks about anything due to the general shittyness of his site.

Indeed it does say "fansites". However we are the only fansite who reported it meaning it was directed at us. If you're insinuating that I feel "guilty" about posting news that people are actually interested in and I'm upset over this then you're quite wrong. I just think it takes a special person to regurgitate old, unhelpful news then insult another site for posting news people care about.
At least I don't get so upset that I "Terminate Affiliation" when someone says something mean like this. ;(
