What do i have to do to get rid of the ??? showed in stead of the text? It's getting really annoying!

I think you can either go to a Japanese site on Internet Explorer and it will prompt you to install the language or you can go to Control Panel then Regional and Language Options, select the Languages tab and click Install files for East Asian languages. You'll need your Windows Disc to do it though :)
