Just saw this, not that exciting seeing as it's probably gonna be a CMT as per usual, but yeah FFXIII is gonna be at Jump Festa.

I totally agree with you guys,closed theaters are a bunch of crap.They make the games for US the fans,and yet any trailer or information there release is always forced to be hush hush.I mean c'mon,the only people aloud in those theaters are square members(oh yah because they need to re-see there trailers lol)and anyone else let in must be forced to sign a contract stating that if they say anything to the public,square has the right to release ninja's to kill you in your sleep lol :D

They keep game trailers (!!!) for years, months, and show it in a Closed Theatre.

I can say with about 95% certainty that there will be closed mega theater. Jump Festa just doesn't seem conducive to an open theater in the first place, and if they did it at TGS this year, and do it every time at JF, you can bet pretty safely that it will be back. ~_~;

On the upside for me, JF is a notorious swag aquisition opportunity. Event exclusive FNC postcards plz.

Anyway I'm not surprised because we are getting trailers this weekend the DVD they are releasing (at least I expect that they will be uploaded onto the internet), it would be a cold day in hell if they released another set of trailers one week after.

Gaming news in Japan is always really weird. The gaming sites seem to just be scarce press releases, not actual news. Even 2ch is useless for getting gaming news. A lot of the time I've found myself posting the news for them.

It was never confirmed but they're almost definitely going to be in it. It starts very soon. Don't expect any news for a while though.
