"Details have broken free about Snow’s, the Blonde Character from Final Fantasy XIII, tattoo.
It turns out a powerful being called Falsh, which has knowledge beyond human beings, gave Snow and other humans named Rush special powers. Falsh also has created one of the kingdoms present in the game.

Even the "professional" game sites don't seem to have the proper romanizations down yet. Plus, "Falsh" and "Rush" are more natural romanizations than "Fal'cie" and "L'cie" anyway.

There's only one line of speculation in the whole thing, though - that Snow's tatoos glow when he gets visions from the Fal'cie (the rest of it is all from previous interviews). I'm pretty sure this part isn't correct; the screens alone suggest the tatoo's glow is something that helps more in fighting than a vision would.

Yeah, which is what I said, and what I think is wrong. =P I wasn't trying to defend the article, just mention that his coming up with his own romanization of L'cie/Fal'cie wasn't the reason not to trust him.

As for the censoring, I have profanity filters on my computer. You don't want to see what it would come out as if I hadn't replaced it with the stars. ;)

I think the first post is valid. The mag scan do mention something like that. i didnt translate that because i dont know the proper name for Falsh and Rush.
If this is the proper pronouciation, Falsh and Rush will be 2 important words in FFXIII.
Falsh is an existence that exceed human intelligence. Even cocoon is constructed by Falsh. As for Rush, they are selected by Falsh. Mission is given to Rush via visual images.

The meaning to the vision will varies to different people choosen by Falsh. Rush (the chosen) are deemed to be cursed. The summon creature exist to save or help the Rush in this world. So meaning Rush have the abilities to summon. Snow is one of the rush, choosen by Falsh.
