I figured a place like this would have a sizable Jrock fanbase, but i've not seen much talk of it here?

Anyway, my favorite Jrock band is Dir en grey

nah i saw them earlier in the year, they played Dozing green and HYRDA 666 though (those were the latest release at the time)
we were in the front row, and we saw G.D.S written on the set list, we freaked out, it was so awesome :D

lol, there was a point where i froze, when he came down to us on his box, it was amazing
the first night i was in front of toshiya, and then the second in front of kyo
we had to queue for 24 hours to be at the front, then, when it ended the first night, we left the venue, and started a new queue straight away for the next night lol

Check out DELUHI, they formed in 2008, they're brilliant. (Kinda like Giru/Gazette.D'espairsray/Sadie) style.

Man, J-Rock is AWESOME! I wasn't a fan before but I heard this one song on YouTube and have been a fan of the music since.

The song is called Monokuro and is by a Visual Kei band called NoGoD. The song is awesome as the vocalist sings it with so much emotion. Check it out:

In most Visual Kei bands only one member dresses as a woman, a person called Mana from Malice Mizer started it.

Everyone else in the bands take on an androgynous appearance with a hybrid of goth and anime. Visual Kei is awesome and I think their looks are really stylish, I'd even go as far as to call some of the costumes and hair styles "Art". ^_^
