Tokyo Game Show Expectations

With TGS beginning in only eight days, it seems people are becoming anxious about what will be revealed this year. This is XIII and Versus' last TGS, so there may be a great deal of insight coming the public's way. What are you expecting? Besides this forum getting a flood of hits.

As for me;

Final Fantasy XIII
- The new commander will be revealed in a public trailer.
- Some explanation as to who owns this logo. (http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h285/IBeatSephiroth/logo.jpg)
- At least one new character revealed.
- 20+ seconds of new footage, preferably gameplay.
- Some names. Come on Square-Enix, this is getting ridiculous.
- Voices. I want to hear them talk.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII
- Names.
- More character information.
- Some more plot details.
- New characters.
- Gameplay footage.
- I also want to hear these ones talk.

This may be FFXIII's last TGS (hopefully) but it almost certainly won't be Versus'. I expect what they've told us to expect. Voices actors for FFXIII and Versus to be announced, maybe the party scene from Versus to be shown if Nomura keeps his word and some actual gamplay would be nice.

I want long gameplay trailer from both games, I dont care about names, storyline ect, right now, I just want to see game in action
but I wont be suprised to just another trailer of Versus, maybe even only the HD version of the one that was leaked some time ago, I wouldnt expect gameplay from Versus
And FF13, hmmm, hard to say really, most likely again shirt trailer that incule just a few gameplay footage.

Yeah, it could be FFXIII's last TGS so I would expect it to be public and they'd have a blowout. Lightning talking and new characters revealed and in some of those trailers, actual gameplay of the new battle system. For Versus I expect most of it to be in CMT except ONE trailer. Though I don't really care about it.

I only expect rehashes of old trailers and closed mega-theaters. If they have said different then they're probably lying.

Hoping for voices in XIII & new video, characters, anything... We know we're getting the Prince's & Skirt Girl's names, so thats cool. Anything else for Versus would be fantabulous. PUBLIC TRAILERS PLEASE!!!!!!

I hope for an onstage demo of FFXIII. Probably the first 20mins of that 90min demo or something. Even if I would appericate them showing a mid-game boss fight (proabably one of those random ones that don't make much sense) and exploring a town.

For Versus I would just like a clear explanation of the battle system. Knowing Square that would be impossible and it all would be convulted and make no sense on paper but play decent in your hands. Some more outfits as well. Just saw Roen's site, nothing really spectaular caught my fashionista eye but I do believe the materials they use must be excellent.

Agito. Tons of gameplay is all I expect, more indepth about the battle sytem and the relationship of characters aka what the hell is going on.

I want news about Dragon Questt IX. Final Fantasy XIII and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days release date.
They comfirmed the voices and i want rally see gameplay footage.
I m sure this isnt going to be last Versus TGS, and im not really sure this is going to be last xiii TGS.( im pessimist)
SE isnt stupid and they will make sure they will release FFXIII after the Dragon Quest IX BANG. They wont release 2 big titles in a small espace of time.
I want too see what ICO3 is going to be about and i dont beleive in KH3 rumor(hope im wrong)

This might be an interesting note on The Last Remnant.

I go to the site quite often because I like the music that plays, and today the main page was changed with 3 new icons, and if you click on Preorder.

It shows Xbox 360s release date and then PS3 as TBA but no PC TBA or anything.

Maybe a PS3 release date at TGS?!?!

If this is true, Sony is going to have one super kick ass TGS this year.

I heard Fragile (for Wii) is playable.. That's great news, I'd like to know the release date for Europe (at least for NA). New trailer would kick ass.

Just a Rumor tho, im not particularly expecting that. But i do expect that MMORPG, like i said before.
