So I'm at the last boss in FFIII. The place with 5 portals. I beat the North East portal and get one of Dark Knights and decide to try battling the last boss. I got raped :'(. I went back and woe! I was only able to get the other three Knights and yet could not fight the Cloud of Darkness (of COURSE I leveled). And that just totally ruined it for me. After all those days (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, it happened on Wednesday so uh, 4 days?) of work...

Um...you need to fight the four bosses in the four corners to free the four Warriors of Darkness. If you do that, the final boss is severely weakened. It's sort of a requirement to free the four Warriors of Darkness before you fight the Cloud of Darkness.
And for the record, I leveled up for hours in Eureka before I was able to defeat the Cloud of Darkness. I was above Level 56. My final party was composed of two White Mages and two Ninjas. I had at least twenty Shirukens in my inventory, which I believe I purchased from the secret shops in Eureka. I spammed Shirukens with my Ninjas to kill the Cloud of Darkness. It's pretty much the only way to beat it, or so I've heard.

And I'm gonna close this thread 'cause some gaming faqs site already answered the question. Next time, read WHEN the last time anyone posted in this thread was. It's a year old. -_-
