Favorite SE RPG Save Points! ^_^

I was playing Star Ocean 3: Till the End of Time when I suddenly stopped to take notice of how well defined the save point looked ( especially that symbol underneath, I LOVE SYMBOLS!!). Since then it has been my fav looking save point. I don't know if there are others like me who take the time to notice the minor things in games but i'd like here what everyones fav Save Points are (or refresh points if you feel like mentioning)! ¤_¤

not many people pay attention to such details, but yeh you right,although I have never lpaye any of Star Ocean(should I), mostly I like the one from FFVIII, the spinning circle, or something like that, cant remember excacly,

I pay attention to small details as well, like i all ways look at what the characters are wearing and stuff like that. On topic though i would say FFVII's or FFX's save points are my favorites, though i do like the save points on FFIX lol moogles FTW!!!! lol

Moogles as save points =cuteness. But yeah, small details such as armor I pay attention to those little details!

Defo IX moogles. I loved that the first person in the game to say "bastard" was a really cute moogle! Y'know, the frozen one.

I also like the whole getting a confession at Church in DQVIII. I lol'd alot.

similar to VS in ressident evil you had this old writings machines on ink, usually in safe rooms where you never had worry bout any zombies, and could relax,

Another is the save point in Valkyrie Profile Lenneth. I like how the crystals disperse when you enter and the glowing light emitted from it.

This isn't SE, but I'd have to vote for the typewriters in the Resident Evil games. I always wondered exactly what it was you were supposed to be typing on them, though. Kind of liked the idea that in the middle of a zombie apocalypse Leon or whoever was sitting there typing out their memoirs.

FFX and FFXII coz it saves your file, heals you and transports you to the airship unlike the other save points...

I like SP in suikoden II. blue crystal, thanks for them you could always tell whether there was a boss ahead, to prepare yourself

The save stars in III/VI. i always find myself trying to imagine what they would look like if they were in an environment with the graphics we have now.

My favorite was Final Fantasy X because every time you touched the save point your party heals all the way. We don't need tents. :D

Kh1- A small pool of green light with 2 little lights circling the light.

KhCoM- A diamond shaped save point with what looks like space in it.

Kh2- Same as Kh1 but with a full ring of light.

Well they can also take you back to the world map like in Final Fantasy X.

I gotta go with FFXII's on this one. Liked the details they put into it... if you looked at your character from the other side of the crystal, their image was refracted&stuff, and I liked the sound they made... that kind of calming, crystally sound. The closer the camera was to the crystal, the louder it got :awesome:
