When people have something to say, they'll say it. If they don't have anything to say, and they're posting, that's spam and, even in Off Topic, is baaaad. Give people some time to answer, this isn't a chatroom (but if you're desperate to talk to someone there is one at the bottom of the forum for that purpose).
