NOBODY IS ON MSN SO I'M STUCK LIKE A LITTLE BITCH. D;

I've basically re-formatted my PC, due to some RUNDLL bullshit i had because my sister is a jackass and can't interpret between what a virus and a file is.

So all my system files are finally clean after checking with my anti virus if the Win32 shit had come back to hit me, which it hasn't.
But after reinstalling I've had an issue with lag, which i know I've had once before but it seemingly disappeared when i disconnected then reconnected my HDD. But that doesn't seem to be the case this time. D: OH DAMN.
When i open files no matter what they be, there's a deathly slow lag to moving their positions, the same applies to scrolling in my Firefox browser, in which i just get the scrolling action slowed down which forms a sort of line across the screen while i do so. Which is now sincerely fucking me off sideways.

I don't know if its anything to do with the motherboard, or whatever. But any help would be appreciated in order to get this fixed if necessary.

EDIT: Scrolling works fine on my Safari browser, yet the lag on moving other open folders/files is still there. :cathryn:

I had this problem a while back. The re-format deleted random files from almost every app. , whether it be a major .dll file or a preference log. Either way, the only way i could fix it is by reinstalling almost every application that was affected.
