Crisis Core: FFVII Release date

IGN have the Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII release date (http://uk.psp.ign.com/objects/711/711340.html) for Europe as 31st December 2006.

I dont believe it though, seeing as it says Japan: TBA 2007...

Just thought id point out an observation. :P

Looking forward to it, but im not updating my 1.5 if the game need 2.8. (yes I will buy the game from a store, some is worth it)

lol i have 1.5 and emulate 2.71 so i can play both :crazy:

Eh, you can't emulate 2.8, and I'm afraid that later games require that firmware...

I can play Need for speed and downloaded locoroco.

I have heard that newer games on UMD require the new firmware but rips have been cracked to run without it.

Anyway, I wish i could believe that release date, quite random for it to be release a few days after Christmas though :P Would have made a nice present if I get a PSP.
