I take the same bus everyday and I'm 99% sure one of the kids from the nearby middle school took it since everyone else on the bus was from there except me. It's the weekend and I don't take that bus until monday, but I'm afraid the person who took it is a cunt and won't give it up. Besides, I can't just stand up and say "ATTENTION PLEASE WHICH ONE OF YOU BRATS STOLE MY PSP?"

One time in high school this dude behind me stole my graphing calculator out of my bag. I guessed it was him since all the other kids sitting near me were my friends, and he was the guy who set the boy's bathroom on fire in 4th grade. I went to the principal in tears and he had the kid's backpack searched, and he had not only my calculator, but like 5 others in there. I guess she probably won't have it still on Monday, though. :/

I'd confront her and if she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, I'd blackmail her somehow. I know that's not much help. Hope you get it back.

WHAT DO I DO?!Like Whiplash, you gotta tell someone with authority at least to help you with it because I don't think anyone would be honest enough to give it to you. Especially kids, they'd really want that PSP. Try asking help from the bus driver too. He might be able to help you get their attention.

Don't let it happen again. Tell the bus driver or tell your parents or confront any of those kids or check Lost and Found if on a public bus. As usual, people may only tell you the risks of bringing such an item and theft and responsibility and care and all that yadda-yadda. -_-

omg I'd be balling if I lost my PSP D: I'm guessing you lost it on a school bus and not a public one, ay? Like everyone said, getting in touch with people in authority would definately help. I'd also reiterate what Naunen said, about talking to the bus driver who may have found the PSP or know something of the situation.

I'd tell the bus driver and have the bus driver make an announcement and if no one says anything, let the bus driver notify the middle school principle and their parents

I lost it on a public one, that's what's making it difficult. No way I'm telling my dad until I'm SURE I can't get it back, cuz he tends to get spazzy and I already lost an iPod before. Besides, I brought it to school when I wasn't supposed to.

The bus drivers here are jerks and you almost never have the same one twice. I really don't think he'd stop the (public) bus and tell everyone to search for my PSP.

Since I don't go to that middle school I don't think I can just go up to the office and tell them to make an announcement...

Maybe I'll try taking that bus on monday and asking people if they saw who took it.

btw, I know someone took it because the moment I realized I lost it I got on the same bus when it came around again (it has a really short route) and seached all over where I was sitting. No dice.

I say find whoever you suspect that you mentioned in your earlier post and get off at the same stop as they do and interrogate them. It's highly unlikely that some random person would be that good at stealing something that you couldn't notice. Was it in your bag, or your back pocket or something? Details would be nice so we could eliminate all possibilities that can't be true.

The didn't take it, I lost it. It fell out of my pocket. I was sitting on the outside seat with my PSP in my pocket facing my bag on the other seat. It was impossible for anyone to TAKE it. It just fell out of my pocket. So I'm hoping to dear god that they took it with the intention of returning it.

my advise just keep a closse eye on them kids you think may have taken it... in know some people can be so stupid as to bring the psp in the bus and play with it lol can allways hope... other solution is start from end to the other, and beat the crap out of them.. till someone gives your psp back lol

Today was the first time since I lost it that I was able to catch that bus again and I asked a few kids from the school if they'd seen a PSP on the bus and this nice fat kid tells me that a girl in his class called Jaden/Jayden or something has it. I LOVE FAT KIDS. Unfortunately I had to get off at that stop so I didn't ask him her last name but I already know her name and someone who knows her so it can't be that hard now.
