Why in this section?

Anyway it is about time really.

Im pre registered now, It really is about time. Surely this points towards square enix valuing their north american and european market more. I understand that PS Premier is in literally 2 days, whoop, so maybe they might release something from that show to the site like they did for the japanese site for E3 2006? Im glad that NA now has a SE site, finally we can get a limited version of what the japanese receive lol. None the less, we should receive something.

*Moved to Square-Enix*

I signed up last night but I doubt we'll be getting much from it. All we've gotten from the Japanese Members site is the first Versus trailer.

I registered yesterday (because I apparently no longer live in Australia), but I'll probably continue to hang around the Japanese Members site, because I know it'll take ages for the NA site to get even close to that.

... Granted, I only use the JP site for the games, so if the NA site gets a number of those up, it may win me over quite quickly.

Well it's March 24th 2008 about 2:30 Eastern Time and the site isn't up yet. Not that I'm that anal or anything. But I just remembered it and just checked a second ago and it's not up. I do hope it is before the day is over.

lmao I could see it happen. It would give a whole new meaning to last possible minute. Or maybe they are just trying to torture us with suspense. Square is evil like that sometimes.

Yeah...would also be nice if it didn't look like it was made by a 5 year old.

Because they give it to you in HTML code. Square-Enix isn't too smart. Take the image link (inbetween the <img src></img> bit) and put that between the [img] tags the forum uses.

Eh, Japanese site's still better. It has Chocobo Adventure Land, so unless they're going to translate that and put it up sometime soon, the North American site is made of fail.

Yeah...would also be nice if it didn't look like it was made by a 5 year old.

Indeed, I might have to have at it in Photoshop to make it look presentable.

... Ah, who am I kidding, I'll never find much motivation to do that.

True I think I will too. Well I guess it's a start I hope there will eventually be better things on there.

They've updated the Shinra ID's to have a clearer font. At least you can read the ID number now.

The Crisis Core soundtrack giveaway is a nice touch. Like mentioned it has nothing on the JPN site, but it's a start. At least they're starting to consider the NA audience.

<<" Like stated I'm hoping for some nice E3 content, or trailers or something. Hopefully they'll be better at updating it then they are with most of their individual game sites.

An annoying lot. ~_~ Most of it is just advertisement for games and other things, but there's a lot of the site I haven't gotten into. I actually have gotten more out of their mailing list than their actual site just because the members site is so annoying to navigate.

If I go for information, I like the plain site much better. http://www.square-enix.com/jp/

The members site has some adorable stuff, like a chocobo desktop clock, a desktop calendar with Square-Enix release dates marked on it, etc, and really it's the fun nickknack-type stuff that it has going for it more than actual information or awesome things that they release through there.

It's cool that they're opening a North American members site though! Alright, who the crap took ID "BlankChocobo"? >_<
