I think it's just a graphics work. People are always redoing Rinoa's image. I can't find normal cosplay costumes of her at all ; ;

Edit: Apparently this sort of design is just called sexy Rinoa design e.e

Edit again: Also considering it says cgnetwork/cgtalk at the bottom and Image Submitted for Critique, it's really just a fandone thing.

NOOOO!!!! That is not the REAL Rinoa. Only Tetsuo Nomura can design Rinoa in FFX - 2 style

I thought that was made by this guy i knew in my old forum at first, since he made a lot of version of Ellone in 3D graphics and it wasn't half bad.

I think whoever designed it did a great job. The outfit even resembles her one from Final Fantasy VIII, but with a lot less clothing material. XD
