Seriously though, the characters are horrible and magic/summons are pretty much useless. The only thing thats worth doing is pressing attack which is pretty much mashing X.

I personally enjoyed KH1 and KH2, but it took me 5 years to beat the first simply because I couldn't stand the camera. The gameplay is a mess as well, but not so much as in KH2. Just when you think you had the most of button smashing, KH2 brings that point back but on a whole new level. It's just, ridiculous at how retarded the gameplay was. I don't know what they're (KH Team) doing to Versus at this moment, which kinda gets me wondering...

Kh1 is more about waddling around - wasn't much of a story, whereas KH2 is story-driven and as a consequence, is really linear.

I would say KH and KH2 are great games. Battle systems are great and our basically what I hope for in games now. It does have flaws but I don't think they are in the storyline. Summons are useless but fun to just watch. In KH2 however the Peter Pan summon has an excellent use. So it really just depends on the person I mean to me it is close to perfect.

Second one is much better. Goofy and Donald will be gone for sure since the main character isn't even Sora anymore. The third one seems darker than the other two, more serious. I mean, they actually incorporate DEATH in it for once rather than just "losing your heart" which is pussy dying.

It's an okay game, better than KH2 (although KH2 had a better camera). The writing was pretty horrible at times but that was probably due to aiming it at a slightly younger audience which, as we all know, in the entertainment industry means "stupid, cliched and patronising". I still enjoy replaying it occasionally.

Well said, there's absolutely NO merits to visiting it besides advancing the storyline and another Blizzard. Even they keyblade sucks. You'd think they'd at least give you a decent keyblade after making you sing "Under the sea" so many times.

I was so annoyed by 'Under the Sea' that I turned the tv ALL the way down and listened to the radio instead :lol: Ironically, The Little Mermaid was one of my fav movies when I was a little kid.
On my first playthrough of KH1 I completely finished it. The only three things I'm missing is the ranks you get by bouncing those rare mushrooms and the last white trinity (which I DID get, but the game glitched and I apparently didn't).

Well KHs games are good, no matter how many flaws it has in game play, the story line is the game for me, and I like the boss fights, it’s a one button game, but its fast enough to be enjoyed or we wouldn’t have a section on the forum just for KHs games.

Its not shit, it’s a game that still has a lot of potential for improvement, since I have never played an RPG like KHs, I at one point actually preferring it to Final Fantasy, I think that in only 2 games it has come along way. Big step from KH1 to KH2, it’s a visual game, and you play the worlds to see what hpns next in the story, and if the story is that good to make you want to play the game to the end like most of you have, that makes it a good game.

Eh,I don't like KH2.Even though it was my first PS2 game to ever play and loved playing it the first time the game went all dull and boring I guess after I was playing it for the 2nd and 3rd time the story got very boring,plain,and mushy in a way (IMO FF12 was more interesting). I like the gameplay though and the gummiship (the gummiship was one of the best features in KH2 IMO) and I personally loved exploring the Disney Worlds :cookie:.

KH1 though was better still IMO because you could explore more than in KH2 and it challenged you a little,giving you some sorts of puzzles i guess to figure out while in KH2 you just slash through Heartless and Nobodies continue the path and go to the next cutscene.
