The good people at Square-Enix have posted three new quality images of Final Fantasy XIII during the TGS. No New Versus yet, but don’t give up hope. Our three images (Is it ingame screenshots? It looks so darn good.) are from the original trailer, except one.

Now, for those of you who wants to know more info about the third part of Final Fantasy Fabula Nova Crystallis; Agito, there was a trailer of it at TGS. There is only a summary of the video on 1up, so if anyone knows where to get a trailer of it, we would love to know.


The main character -- or at the very least, the character who served as the focus of the new Agito trailer -- is a blond teenage boy who walks into his academy and seemingly unleashes a disaster.


Agito appears to be a collaborative card-based RPG, likely a multi-player adventure in the vein of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories.

Its up to you people to say if its something to get hyped up of or not.;)

Behind the evil closed curtains, all the good stuff is hidden from the audience. Square-Enix has played a FFXIII video for the press. The video is an extended and updated version of the one in E3 2006. Pray for it to come to public.


In the previous trailer, though, her enemies were exclusively human; now, she's shown fighting against a number of monsters, as well.


Afterwards, a bit of footage appears where the woman directly engages another large monster, which somewhat resembles the Ifrit summon from Final Fantasy X, but in a bit of a blueish hue.

IGN have an "HD" version of the E3 trailer that has been shown at TGS. Its filmed with IGN's famous amazing camera, but the quality isnt anything better than we've seen already. The trailer's exactly the same but it seems as though the music has been turned down and the sound effects have been turned up and more added.

We've got it for download because its exclusive to IGN insiders. :p

Are you sure? Some of the images are new to me. The two where she attack some beasts are completly new for me.

No I dont' believe you are the press but I surely seen all those pics before. I mean the one with her sword raised looking at the beast that weilds the sword was the original main menu(that linked to forum only) of this site. Also mags and other fansites had these pics as well. I do like them being of much higher qualit though.

Well, thats a shame then. I was wrong. Well, nothing too wrong in hyping it up then.

About that trailer. IGN tells us more about the battel system.The trailer also showed how the heroine is able to move with such accuracy and speed; she uses a special device that allows her to literally levitate when she's not moving, and it also lets her move faster than normal. This might make sense in battles; the game still uses menu-driven combat, and it's possible that while making decisions on what to do, the game will go into slow motion a la The Matrix while it waits for your commands.

Good, thank you. There is also a minor blooper of mine. The screenshots 1 to 3 have the name FFXII instead FFXIII. Easy to go out of control. I don't like the unlucky number 13 :P

Well its late now. So I will sleep a looong time tomorrow. I've been a watchguard for news all day, but it was only in the morning. Try to scan youtube and gamestrailes.com later to find some kind of low quality trailer. Shame on them if not someone tryed to smuggle in a camera. G'Night.

Well, we now have (thanks to Nero) a "new" trailer. I have deep analysed the video and can confirm that it is only the camera that have changed the colours, light and images by merging the frames. Something that would give the impression of transparency, reflections, smoke and more sparks. The only interesting thing is the more powerful and added sound effects. We got her swift jumps, bullets and guns, red robo dog growling, weapon mode change, camera swooping and equipments/clothes moving when she walks.

A huge screen at the booth's corner reeled off a Final Fantasy XIII trailer, but inside the booth it was all about mobile content. The fans were lined up to sample a half dozen or so mobile-phone titles as well as the publisher's numerous Nintendo DS offerings.

This could be where we have the trailer from, since the real new one from Square-Enix only are for guests of TGS.

Video have now been uploaded to youtube. Impressive how they manage to make crap out of a HD movie. But in this case, it's all about the sound.
