I have to say this isn't a very good example of what a Trek film is capable of. It had some good eye candy and some good one liners, but it didn't really have the depth of many of the other films. I do have to say that there were definitely worse Trek films than this one, though.

Also, it's not so much that being "not faithful to the original" is what bothers fans so much about it. All the Star Trek movies and series until this one have very nicely fit together within one universe, which was, at times, extremely pain staking for the writers, who often had to go back and research what had already been covered about a topic in previous series and films so as to avoid a non sequitur. It's just something that they always took so much pride in, and suddenly they acted as if they didn't care and made the decision to add some plot elements that just don't make sense in the context of the rest of the series. It's sort of like in Watchmen where it's in an alternate timeline where Americans won the Vietnam war and Vietnam became a state. In fact, I'd say the changes they made in this Star Trek movie are even more significant in implying that it's an alternate timeline.

People's definitions of "skinny" are different. When I say skinny, I do not mean "YOU HAVE ANOREXIA" skinny. I think of someone that is fit and trim. And this information coming from where? Wikipedia, how informative. Plenty athletes live on 4%, bodybuilders have a stupidly low bf% when they go into competition. 4% is low to survive on if you were to starve for a day and run about loads, as long as you eat you can survive on a lower bf%.

Oh, fair enough. I've studied Psychology the past 4 years of my life, Anorexia, Bulimia, eating disorders etc. are discussed a lot. I don't understand why I have a mentality of someone with an eating disorder.

I have a set amount of calories to hit to insure I don't lose weight and my lifting gains gradually increase, all I do at the moment is weight lift and play Basketball for a team, other than that I just play games and watch films. It's fitness, I don't know why a disorder of any sort is brought up.

I'm not saying it's impossible to study psychology and have an eating disorder. It's just psychology is all around my house and family members, if I couldn't notice myself having issues then I'm sure a family member would.

I think Body Combat in fitness can help you burn alot and i think you're not fat at all. just around 65-68 kg is the best. Eat protein and then 6 packs can be in good shape.
