To start this one up, i was thinking...
Ok its a lot of work to make a game these days... but if they gona make us wait years for a new game, then make it worth while, couse we will never get that time back...

Its like KHs for example, made 1 and 2 for ps2, now they making us wait for portable versious.... not that the games wount be as good, but you would prefere it on the big screen right?

FF have been going for years now, in what 25 to 28 years of FF games they only made 12 Final fantasys, meaning it taken them about 2 years pergame in averege... so far so good, but this compilation thing, plus the games il never play like DS games and Mobile games... is it really worth the wast of time??

In my opinion... the next 2 FF games coming out, ok they are both for PS3 im gessing, and they connect, probably better to make a 13 and 14... and then tell us they connect, couse i have a feeling they might be releaced very closse to eachother, making it a bit stupid for us to play both of them at same time, games that take about 80 hours to complete now... i was happy about the FFs so far.... but i think Square-enix is getting ahead of its self.... one ff and il possibly play it twice, and if its good 3 times.

FF7 i understand the compilation, plus beeing the best FF so far... but was no need for 13... couse it taks away the reason for 7 beeing special, now they are doing same thing with Dragon Quest and KH... all these games in deferent platforms just piss me right off.. not to meantion the KHFMix that were never releaced in USA and EU ><

Just though id have a moan, and Id like to know your opinion on this

Thx

Regards

My opinion, the FFVII games, sequels were a waste of time. I mean, Advent Children felt like a long FMV, and Dirge of Cerberus was rather very short, not to mention quite dull in the story.

your right, FF7 movie was long FMV, but best animation movie in a long time, as for DoC i played it couse i am a big fan of 7... but i ddint like DoC.
now waiting on psp game... just think Square-enix needs to know when to stop to.

Same here im also a fan of ff7, but i also didnt like Doc. but u know u have to get it to see the story. Aslo id say the AC movie was a waste of time, i was quite nice to see what the charater would look like it CG and how they would fight but the story was not all that good.

It's understandable if they want to prolong the FFVII compilation, theres nothing wrong with it.
I liked FFVII:AC and i enjoy Crisis Core ALOT.
I'll admit, FFVII: DoC was not a very good game, and it was short considering that when Final Fantasy games, on an average are around 60-90 hours long, depending on what you do within that time.
But remember they have teams working on these games, i'm not sure if they are individual teams separated for each game, but roughly around 60-200 people work upon one game, it takes alot of man hours and hard work for them to produce the quality within their games.

I think FFXIII was a good step for SE to take, FFXIII-A understanably won't be as large a game as FFXIII and FFvsXIII, only purely because its on the mobile, but i think SE are taking these steps in order to broaden themselves within the market by using different systems in order for their buyers enjoyment, FFXIII-A is this example as well as KH-365(?) Days, by placing these upon a mobile phone, they are stretching onto the portable side, they are only taking advantage of the growing techonolgy by expanding their games to portable system's such as mobile phones and the PSP and DS.

As for KH:FM and KHII:FM, they where purely only released within Japan mainly for their extremely large fanbase which they have within Japan, they most likely took this choice because as for the US and EU, SE isn't as larger within the gaming market within those two regions as they are in Japan.
I'm sure they made the correct decision, and honestly, it isn't hard to import these games.
Let alone, all these games contain is a PS2 version of KH:CoM and a few added scenes.
They don't really mean that much, and let alone KH:CoM is better served upon the Gamboy.
The only advantage to the PS2 version of KH:CoM which is within the KHII:FM pack is just the upscale of the graphic's, nothing more.

Like i said before with SE choosing the Portable side for these games, they are purely doing the same with the KH franchise, they are only just spreading into the market even more by placing these games on other systems, none taken, the age of HD gaming has come upon us and many people may prefer them upon a HD TV, but these games seem to suit the systems which they have been chosen for, i can't wait to be able to sit in college and be able to play KH:BBS on my PSP, rather than having to drive home and play the game on my TV.
Most things are going portable now, and SE are only complying to the market and purely taking advantage of these systems.

Nuff said. :aldo:

On the KHFms, ok il let KH1fm, couse it only has one added scene, and a few new keyblades, but KH2Fm has so much more CSs, and all this info... that really its part of the story, and we didnt get to play it... its annoying we have to import a game we cant really understand couse we aint jp lol and we are missing on a new remake on a CoM... so yeah i think its bad they did that, alot of people we annoyed at that dicision... Fair enough more fans in Japan, but if you were to put EU and US together youd get just as many... its for no reason KH series is a sucess round the world.

As for portable... idk... like they made Silent Hill on PSP... ohh comon lol my problem is how limited portable can be for RPGs.. iv played a few and not to happy... plus so used to playing in big screen.. its like a step backwerds when you put a major game title on Portable, not to meantion a a few deferent platforms, its like to follow the story i have to buy this one and that one... its frustrating. I have a PSP/...and if they want to explore it, make a hole new game and start it on PSP... couse yeah i want to play BBS, but id rather they made it for the big screen, i wouldnt be suprised if they rereleaced it in a year or so just in Japan, couse of the fans... then again... i wouldnt be able to play it, do you get my frustration...

Maybe a good decision for you, couse if im not mistaken you are Japanese, or understand JP langu, but if you put your self in our shoes.. its not as fun lol

I still prefere the old days of Square... id wait for a new FF, and be loving it, these days i just get annoyed couse im waiting for so long, and for something that might not even come out on PS, not to meantion EU lol

if they started a 'hole' new game on PSP - the chances of getting as large of a fanbase on a new game as a game that already has a large fanbase, is not very high. be patient. would you rather them 'releace' them early and unfinished/shitty ?

also, really consider using an online dictionary; for the sake of my sanity.
