Final Fantasy Dissidia Site

Ages ago just before we found out what Final Fantasy Dissidia actually was I bought a domain just incase it was an FFXIII title.. :cunning: Now I know Im too lazy to bother to make a layout / update it and such.

If anyone knows how to make sites etc and you particularly want to do a site on Dissida or something then you're more than welcome to use my domain, otherwise it'll just decay. :aldo:

The domain is http://finalfantasydissidia.net/ -- it has nothing on it except a random splash page, but it's PR2 and the 3rd(?) result on google for "Final Fantasy Dissidia", so it could get relatively popular if you tried. Gets anywhere between 80 - 100 hits a day as well.

So, anyone interested? :aldo:

Yes i have created websites before, mainly for school projects the ones i made myself by hosting a server with bluehost no longer exist because my server got taken down due to copyright allegations. (not my fault, my mate uploaded a bunch of crap to it and they shut it down)

So are you saying you would literally hand over the site? what about payment for the server, thats what i was talking about would there be any payment involved at all for anything?

I had to shut down the other sites because I ran out of cash. Plus, I have been keeping tabs on dissidia so I have alot to update. PM me.

Well, Ive got a couple of high(ish) traffic sites on that server too, so as long as you don't go over the bandwidth limit, which is pretty much impossible, then all I would ask for is $10 for the domain if you feel you want to renew it when you want to renew it. (expires 5/11/2008) As long as your friend or whatever doesn't get my server banned then it's fine. I will have to ask that media will strictly have to be Dissidia only for that reason. Anything obvious like an ISO of the game or a soundtrack anything like that which you have to pay to get I can't allow either.

Well, if you want to split the jobs off, here are some i can think off the top of my head.

Someone to make a layout, someone to code the layout, someone to do the horrible task of resizing thumbnails and posting scans/screenshots etc, someone to keep content and media updated, someone to post news and you should all probably look for news. :p Ill give you a link to the news system i used on most of my sites. It's SEO actually works. Which is anothing thing you should pay attention to when you make your site. Try and write "Final Fantasy Dissdia" as many times as you can (Not so many thats annoying) but like here instead of saying FFXIII or FFvXIII we say Final Fantasy XIII or Final Fantasy Versus XIII. We're now both the top results on google for each site... so it works :p

its quite simple. you just go to /news/ then click add. you then pick the category type the title and the news article then press add. thats pretty much it, but youll see how it use it better when i setup the demo.

also, why do you have a sig by the banner? Whoever the FINALFANASTY-XIII family are, they didnt make that.. rofl
