As for women's rights, i'd say the equality is equally split now, but you do obviously get certain job's which seemed to have established a certain sex, different types of sport are an example.
But i'd rather go towards the gaming industry, because even despite women being within the industry, they didn't get much recognition.
Until Jade Raymond, but it was, to be honest, placed upon her looks, Ubisoft unfortunatly whored her out to much to the gaming community, which, where most hormonally imbalanced young men under the age of 20.
A Comic came up about her, and basically brought women into gaming another step back.

Sexism, i really couldn't give a damn, it happens, it just a mockery of what flaw's each sex seem to have.
Recently Inmates within Prisons have been banned from Sexist jokes, from what i read on the Daily Mail website (Lol :cunning:) Which seems resonable to an extent, but won't stop it happening.
But if i wen't into Sexism worldwide, then i'd start involving religeon, which i'm not really in a position to do.

i think the main point here is men and women are not the same (thank God) but we both have specific strengths and weaknesses that make us good for one thing or another..not to say that some women cant do what normally only men are capaple of and vice versa. women shouldnt be not allowed to do things, and the same goes for men and people of different races it all boils down to who is the most qualified for the job or the sports team or whatever. companies being required to hire women or people of a different race is total crap, whoever is most qualified should get the job no matter who or what they are. its all in what you can do on a personal level, your race or gender doesnt wholely dictate your abilities

Its true that women do not get that much recognition within the gaming industry, but then again that might be because there is not that many in the first place.

And up until now, the gaming industry has been more based on how many people work at a certain company. Now you need actual talent to be hired due to the extremely high production costs of Next-Gen games.
