Hi, I will tell you a secret now. Since your new to forums I'll be nice. You have a small button below your message that looks like this. http://forums.finalfantasy-xiii.net/images/afterdark/buttons/edit.gif

With that you can edit your own message without making a new one. If you create two messages (posts) after each others without somebody posting between, you create a double post. That is usually bad behaviour in a community, (since this affect your post count and give you an unfair advantage above other people)

I’m not mad or anything, It’s only a good advice here and in the rest of the world wide web. Many have done that mistake. (Including me):rolleyes:

Enforcing the rules?

Here are some General Rules which all members should follow. Many of them are obvious but we just want to make sure everyone enjoys themselves here. These rules are subject to change and the warning level given to an offender can vary from seriousness of the offence. Members who join to deliberately break the rules will be banned.

Warning Levels

Each warning is given by a moderator who believes you have broken the rules. Warning Levels vary from each offence though some result in instant bans in severe cases. Once a user reaches a warning level of 10 they will be suspended from the forum for a certain amount of time. If they continue to offend they will be banned.

Swearing

You are allowed to swear however be mature about it please. There is no need to swear more than once or twice in a post or swear in the subject of a post. Yes we do have younger members here but I believe they’re mature enough to read without censorship. We will warn people if they Excessively Swear.

Abuse (Flaming)

You're not allowed to argue with people on the forums. If you have an issue with another member which is to do with the forums then please contact a member of staff to settle it. If it is a personal issue then please discuss it between yourselves outside of the forums. Any Extreme circumstances involving Racism, Sexism or any intolerance of a member along these lines will result in an instant ban.

Excessive Spamming

Members are permitted to post where ever they want but we do ask that all topics are located in the right forums. Please read the forum descriptions to find out where a topic should go. Spamming off topic posts isn’t permitted and it can ruin the discussion. People who post excessively to build post count will receive a warning. This includes excessively double posting.

Offensive Material

Posting any adult content is prohibited. This includes Pornography, Hentai or links to either of them. Posting this will result in a severe warning.

Hacking

Any member who exploits the site by either hacking into another members account or attacking the forums itself will also receive an instant ban. If you do notice a security flaw in the forums then please PM a member of staff. Any other forum issues please post in the Support/Feedback forum.

Multiple Accounts

Under no circumstances is a member to have more than one account. If a user has a problem with theyre account they should us the contact us form located in the footer of the page and should not register a new account. Both accounts will be banned.

Advertising

If you wish to advertise another fansite or forum here then that is fine with us. What we will not tollerate is members signing up and advertising spam sites or any other kind of product or service.

Images

If you are posting an image that has a width above 500 pixels please do not use the [IMG] tags. Instead just post a link to the image for members to view. Signatures should also be no more than 500 pixels wide and 350 pixels high. Images bigger than this cause the forum to stretch which makes the layout less attractive and less easy to navigate

First of all you're breaking the rules you so generously decided to quote by going off topic. If you look i said in that thread posting of names is okay but obvious things like Addresses and Credit card numbers arent permitted. He took a precaution by editing it because it wasnt mentioned in the rules. I then set out the rule allowing real names.

Noone is trying to stop you giving your almighty opinion but this isnt the place. If you have an issue then follow the rules you just pasted saying:
