To start off, here's a video of the final part of the classic computer game Fallout. Contains extreme violence, coarse language and use of drugs. Also spoilers obviously. The player here uses the best possible equipment and so it's not as exciting as the deathmatch I had at that part.

The first time you step out of the sewers in Oblivion and see all the graphical wondrousness.

The first time you see the Halo spanning around you in Halo.

For me it's in Final Fantasy X, and I saw the blitzball theatre for the first time. I was like, "WTF? Is that a sphere of water?"
Amazed the hell out of me.
Second, was, in the FF13 trailer. I love that trailer.

The ending of Assassin's Creed was interesting and different, also most of what happened Shadows of Destiny is worth remembrance.

Like I-N, in DMC3 when Virgil fell into the chasm, as well as when they both shot the blobby boss at then end, saying "JACKPOT!"

In MGS3, the last scene with the WIG and Snake and Ocelot's shootout.

In Yakuza the last boss battle agains Nishiki and the cutscene after it. YAKUZA HAS THE BEST STORY OF ANY VIDEOGAME. EVAR.

ZOMGFG! SHE DIES? Im playing it again now and it reminded me of the awesomeness of the combination of atmosphere and music in the boss battle that follows.

Aeris' death in FF7 is a classic one. The whole scene, the atmosphere and the matching music.

Also when I first reached the top of the Great Glacier. The view of the Northern Crater and the music that follows got me all "wow".

The game has many other good scenes but I won't bother mentioning all of them.

In FFVIII I love the Garden fights (Balamb vs Galbadia) it's outstanding even for today's standards. Also the whole part from when you get your first mission as a SeeD, to aid Rinoa's group up to the part when you fail on the operation to assassinate Edea.

FFIX I like the part when Alexander is summoned as well as the destructions of Cleyra and Terra.

FFX... As KOS-MOS mentioned, the Luca Stadium. As well as the ending and when you arrive in Zanarkand Ruins for the first time.

Xenogears has many climax moments, as does Chrono Cross. But I'm lazy to list them lolz

-Time Crisis on PSOne ('cause my stepdad was playing and the chair he sat in broke, I need to take a picture of the chair)
-True Crime 'cause I was trying to check the citizens for drugs but ended up tackling them instead
-Magic Pengel 'cause it = What the hell?!!

My funniest gaming moment was when I was playing GTA Vice City at my friends house.

In my first attempt, i hijacked a car and within seconds was being pursued by the police. I stoped, got out of the car and ran around in circles, whilst getting shot at by the police. After about five minutes I got bored and so I ran to the nearest policeman and started beating him senseless with my fists. In just a few seconds i was shot dead.

Brother's In Arms where you charge up a hill being torn to shreds by heavy machine guns with only a thin layer of smoke to cover you from ze Germans.

Fighting the Boss in MGS3

Half Life's system cascade and the brilliant levels directly after.

Half Life 2's opening and Ravenholms zombie/buzz saw/fire traps extravaganza.

KOTORS plot twist.

Bioshock's even better, but slightly more obvious, plot twist.

Bioshock's terrifying section with the crazed plastic surgeon who wants to make you "beautiful".

F.E.A.R and any moment where Alma is genuinely scary.

The original Hitman where you have to fight off clones of yourself with a dirty great big minigun.

Deus Ex and its three incredible endings where you either end society/rule society secretly/become a cyborg badass.

GTA 2's tank rampages and it's Elvis impersonators.

Portal (deserves it's own place)

The Portal song (deservers it's own place)

Blowing someone’s limbs off so they end up as a torso with blood spirting out of their stumps/shooting someone so their stomach falls out of their chest/slicing up brains with your combat knife for absolutely no reason in Soldier of Fortune.
Holding a control point on Battlefield 2 for twenty minutes, single handed while being constantly attacked by a 5 man squad (including Ringlets by the way).

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. when the crappy "A-Life" occasionally works and the little animals run away whimpering from the big scary ones.

The shear callousness for civilian lives DEFCON produces.

Silent Hill 2 and any moment within it, particularly the ones with the Pyramid Head.

In GTA: San Andreas fleeing form the cops I drive off a cliff under pursuit from two cop cars, diving out of the car so I'm free falling three hundred feet into the ocean as they fly past me. Then three foot from the water and safety from any more cops a damn boat sails past causing me to crash into it with such force I immediately die. (Grrrr)

Accidentally shooting down a fighter plane in a Medal of Honor game with a pistol.

Oh yeah, in Half Life, the boss fight against Nihilanth, the last boss. It was soooo creepy. It was basically a giant ugly baby, and you had to shoot its head open and blow its brains out.

In Half Life two, the battle against all those striders was really fun. Especially how being shot more than twice kills you, how there are 3 at a time, and how it takes like 5 RPGs to kill one. Just like the battle against the Metal Gear RAYs in MGS2.

Also, the Ravenholm chapter was freaking awesome, so was the Combine Citadel chapter. The Half Life plot was just pretty damn awesome in general.

I know I have at least a million to name but the most recent was a Guilty Gear match me and one of my best friends had. For four straight rounds the winner walked away with one hit left in their health bar. During the last round, to win the match, both of us survived each other's attacks for a good twenty seconds before he finally got me. I hated Johnny even more that day.

Once I actually got the piece that I needed in Tetris without having to try and place several inconvinient pieces first. That was a great gaming moment for me.

Beating my brother in GG with him having 1/4 of his life and i probably have 1 HP left. Hmm...The FFXIII trailer, I found the real time graphics really badass. Beating Sin Spawn Gui in FFX for the first time, me and my brother had a really bad time beating him because we didnt know the sphere grid existed (PS, FFX is one of our first PS2 games.) Star Ocean 3: TTEOT, seeing Fayt grow wings to destroy the red ship thing.

Beating a highscore from a person who plays only the controller on Guitar Hero 80's Rock by using the guitar (the difficulty was Hard.)
