Because during textiles, this fucking teacher, which is a complete ass hat, dove into my bag, which was zipped up, and took the psp out and consficated it.
So yea, i went back to claim it, AND SHE WOULDN'T GIVE IT BACK!
And she WOULDN'T give it back, for no reason, she couldn't even COME UP with a explanation for going into my bag let alone not giving it back.
And its my Crisis Core, one.

I know, this teacher basically hates me anyway because i refuse to do coursework.
So i think its just the basis of her fucking me up and pissing me off, ALOT, i can't unfortunatly go back now because the Main office is closed.
SO NOW! I've got to wait until tomorrow morning, thus missing some of my trip with my mother to the School of Art & design, just because some tea towel holder of a teacher basically wants to piss me off.

I basically went to go sew some fabric. [lawl :cunning:] I came back, and my bag was unzipped, my psp and headphones where gone, then she basically rubbed it in my face by going 'you shouldn't have this in class, i'm going to have to confiscate it'
And she basically said it in such a sadistic tone, i almost was ready to throw a sewing machine at head. HEAD

I'm just glad my PSP had a protective case on, because i basically DON'T want to drop it, then bugger the screen or stratch it up badly.

Are you sure she didn't have some reason to search your bag (apart from the fact she hates you). Did you perhaps take the PSP out of your bag while in class? That in itself would be a provocation. I don't know the rules in your school, though I doubt she had the authority to search your bag without your permission, especially without a good reason. If she's right and you're not allowed to have it with you at school, then you too have broken a rule...

But if she were to damage it, even superficially, I'd be pissed and would demand compensation regardless of anything else.

I didn't have it out in class, i basically walked in sat down, and goton with my work.
But she does know i have an initional affection for art, games and knew i all ways have my PSP on me.

whose the teacher? My clothing and fashion teacher hates me because I use my cell phone in class and she cant catch me. its quite funny but shes a bitch and she went into my purse searching for it while I was in the bathroom and all my friends were like 'why are you in her purse' and she claimed she heard a cell phone but of course THAT DAY I didnt have it. HA HAHAHAH! But some teachers are fucked up. but I went to the principal and told him what went on and he talked to her and she appologised and got a huge ass lecture. but yeah good luck getting ur psp back and no that isn't legal and you can take her to court and get a mark on her record but nothing else can really happen.
