PS2 on PS3 question

Whenever I play my PS2 games on my PS3, my PS3 will automatically log me out of PSN then log me back in. Anybody have this problem?

+ a few of my PS2 games work, but freeze around 15 minutes in >_>

Also my controller. It'll just shut off and the screen reads "Press the PS button"

The backward compatible has problems :/

It does that for every PS2 game on PS3. To solve this technical issue, you're going to have to press the PS button, as instructed. :rolleyes:

Ive never had a game freeze half way through, it either works or doesn't. Most ive tried work fine, but the odd few like Silent Hill 2 has some lighting and sound issues but theyre still playable.

PlayStation 3 SIXAXIS - PlayStation 2 titles can only run with DualShock 2 Controller, the SIXAXIS Controller must turn off then of course turning it on in order to actually use the SIXAXIS as a PS2 Controller. PlayStation DualShock 1 Controller on PS2 games for example, very few PS2 titles can actually work on PS2 games - a similar reason with the SIXAXIS. Thats what I think.

You get disconnected from PSN when starting a PS2 game or during gameplay? Not me.

PlayStation 2 games freezing? Not me.
