At a Nintendo Press conference Capcom announced that Monster Hunter 3 development has been shifted from PS3 to Wii.

""Due to high development cost of titles for PS3, we have decided to switch the platform to which we release our Monster Hunster 3 title"

Guess that kind of contradicts Capcom's previous statement about releasing their games on multiple formats so that more of their fans can play them (which was their response to PS3 fans complaining about DMC4 being made for 360).

I couldn't stand Monster Hunter when I played it on PS2, so I'm not bothered about this at all, but it's disappointing for PS3 owners who were looking forward to the game.

To a certain section of the PS3 fanbase that news has probably made Capcom their public enemy #1.

I froze when I saw that news. The framework engine already runs fine on the PC, 360, and PS3. I was expecting it to at least go multiplatform. Not moved totally to the Wii.

It is not a very big problem...It is Annoying yeah, but Not big problem.

Anyway, Maybe I will buy wii for many awesome games.Like Resident Evil UC,Mario Galexy,
FF CC: The Crystal Bearer, many good games.(Maybe);)

The PS3 I will buy it no matter what....:nag:
