Alrighty peeps, has anyone ever heard or read about this game *points to title of thread* It's coming out on PS3 some time next year I believe, it's a science fiction/horror game genre thingy.....It's inspiration is from the movie "The Thing," "Silent Hill" games, the "Alien" movie, and quite a few other inspirations and it looks like it's going to be awesome game if I do say so myself ^_^

This game will be released on October 14, 2008 for PS3 and Xbox360 and a the PC release date is October 20, 2008.

This game was also banned from 3 countries. China, Germany, and WOW Japan.

Anyways, yeah they moved the release date up, which makes me happy. I've been waiting for this game for a long time. My coworker went to this year's comic con and they had a demo for "Dead Space" and he recorded it, it looks nice and creepy

for example Ninja Gaiden in Europe we couldn't chop the humans head off but the rest we could

Harry Mason was cool. Too bad the movie couldn't be more like that. The endings are one of the many good things about the series, depending on your actions, how many save points, items you have at the end, and how fast you do it in, and what you do or dont pay attention to changes the course the way the game ends. It was crazy. Have you played the 3rd one? There is a relation to 1 and 3, but I dont want to spoil it.

Oh my gosh, I first played that game when i was 7 or 8. I understand how you feltl, It wasn't until a year or 2 later I actually beat it =p That reminds me... Silent Hill 5!

Hoho... why havent I noticed this game before? The trailer is great! The song is great! The monters are great lol! :D Maybe they are better than Pyramid Head :rolleyes:

There is an exclusive suit for DL on the PS store, but other than that, I doubt it.

haha yeah I got mine Monday (package got lost) and I agree with Nocte, it is damn awesome and brutal. The controls are smooth to.

i finaly got this game... fucking awsome game... very brutal.... my surround sound is fucking bringing out some fed up noises.... and every 20secs, i nearly shit my pants.
anyways well worth it... my gf had a sleepless night... and just starting squence when u have to run from them... to the lil lift.. and the doors close on the sucker.. crasy shit

haha yeah it honestly took me a quick second to realize what I had to do to get rid of that annoying necromorph.

I beat this game last night, great ending and pretty sad (before the boss fight).
