I have created the following information as a basis for our roleplay to run on. With that, I've left many possibilities for you to expand on it. Be creative - what hasn't been mentioned is yours to create.
For creating threads, each thread is dedicated to a certain area on Second Earth. Depending on the usage of that thread, or the signficance of that thread, the area designated can be as large or as small as perceived efficient. For example, one thread may be labeled "Little Town" - a general area that is quite large - whereas another thread may be labeled "Jail Cell", which is much smaller but is created because it may be used more often.

Part 1 - General Information: This information is MUST READ information.

Part 2 - Elaborated Information: This information, which elaborates upon the General Information, does not require you to completely read it - it's rather lengthy. For example, because I'm not from Malaysia, I don't know much about the Malaysian government or about the environment Malaysia is characterized by. In that, though, if you plan to interact with a wide variety of environments and create a wide variety of characters, please read the expanded information provided.

Part 3 - Character Ability/Physics Information: Read this information before you create a character. It expands upon what kind of abilities/weapons you can create etc. Note: Bolded text are information that you MUST read before creating a character.

About Tournaments (Azurren Tournament, Vermilian Tournament, May Tournament, local tournaments, state tournaments, etc.):
Tournaments work on a 'tournament' design, where winners of a lower level tournament succeed to a higher tournament. For example, the winners of a city level tournament are able to succeed to the state level tournament, etc. The Azurren and Vermilian Tournaments are national tournaments, while the May Tournament - held in Gurei - is an international tournament.
It is extremely difficult to get into the tournament, as many talented competitors gather to make it to the top.
At young ages, all children are required military training along with academic training until at least the age of seventeen. (This may be an exception in the Red Unity countries, as lower level classes cannot afford such costs.) Soul Siphons are introduced, and usually everyone who graduates from this training keeps their Siphon as a memory of their acheivement. From there, the important decision of staying on route towards a military career, or selecting a different career - doctor, professor, restaurant waiter, etc. - is made. If the decision of continuing a military career is made, students have to continue military study until the age of twenty one. From there, a tournament is opened each year to allow these participants to strive for fame and acknowledgement.
