Clubs are here for rabid fans of something or other to talk about their love. Clubs on any subject are allowed just as long as they follow the rules. You either have the choice to join an existing club or create your own. You can also join as many clubs as you want.
Creating a Club
To create a club you have to make sure you take these issues into account first:
You must have over 100 posts to create a club so get posting.
Make sure the club you're creating doesn't already exist.
The club must follow the Club rules (http://forums.finalfantasy-xiii.net/showthread.php?t=1348).
You must make sure you're active enough to lead a club.Remember there can be more than one club leader but I would prefer there were no more than 3 leaders to a club. Once you make sure you're a good candidate for a club leader you can then PM me with the details of your club like this:
Club Name
Club Description
Leader(s)
After I have accepted your request I will create the club and add you to the Club Leader usergroup. Being added to this user group allows you to post new threads in the Clubs forum and adds the Club Leader rank underneath your avatar. However only the founder of the club will be moved to the Club Leader group to avoid confusion. Once you've become a Club Leader you can make your thread in the clubs forum. You're only allowed to make one thread in the forum though.
People can then apply to join your club through their User CP. When a member requests to join your club, each of the club leaders will receive a PM notifying them. To allow them into the club go to your User CP and then into Group Memberships and click on the applications waiting under View Requests. You can then either allow, deny or ignore the users request to join. They will automatically receive a PM if you allow them into the club.

The extra feature a Leader has is the ability to remove members from the club. Simply click List Members in the Group Memberships section and check which members you want to remove and then click Remove Selected.

The Club Leader will then be contacted and they will add or deny you as they see fit. You will receive an automatic PM telling you when you have joined.
